This was when Professor De Leon began his journey as a COBOL programmer, working with early computers and pioneering systems that laid the groundwork for modern IT. From those early days, he built a diverse skill set, mastering languages like C, C++, Turbo Pascal, Xbase and Python, and diving into network technology as it evolved. Over the decades, Professor De Leon’s career expanded alongside the tech industry, moving from programming and network administration into teaching and educational innovation. His passion for practical, hands-on learning has guided his approach, blending foundational knowledge with real-world applications.
